Establish a Consistent 3-3-3 Rhythm

1. Plant: Reach out to 3 people per day
This can take a few minutes per contact.
The best practice is to start with a Phone Call or a VoiceText. It's important that your contact hears the enthusiasm in your voice and feels that you are directing your communication specifically to her/him.
Follow up immediately with a short introductory video (iTouch app) and our introductory PDF.
2. Water: Follow up with 3 people per day
This is the step that alludes so many. Without keeping a list of those you have contacted and following up in a timely way, your initial efforts are much less likely to bear fruit. Keep in mind that you are sorting not convincing. We are looking for people who are looking for us.
3. Harvest: Invite 3 people per day to a podcast
You can search on Evolve's Telegram Stories to find recordings that match with your contact's concerns. The schedule and links to join 30-minute live podcasts can be found on the home page of THCT website. Be sure to ask your contact when he/she will watch the podcast so that you can set a time to reconnect in order to hear their feedback, answer any questions they may have and show them how to order their Enrollment Pack which will give them wholesale pricing for one year.

The Process
We’ve launched a new system where I am joining forces to launch people who want to share this stem cell technology with their contacts. I will present a 30-minute Patching Forum on Zoom (or in person if local) using slides that tell an engaging story.
Here is how it works.
We meet on Zoom to discuss whom and how to invite. We look at your phone & social media to make a list of 50 active, open-minded people who:
have influence
are successful
are motivated social connectors
We pick a date and time for your Patching Forum. I create your invitation.
You text the invitation to at least 50 people one week before the date of your Patching Forum. Best practice is to accompany it with a phone call or voice clip so it feels personal, and they can hear your enthusiasm.
You confirm and reach out with gentle reminders to each person who responds 3 times before the event. The goal is to have at least 12 people confirm that they will attend.
We host your 30-minute Patching Forum.
You welcome everyone and share your 30-second story.
I present a series of compelling slides which answer the questions: Why should I care? How does it work? What will it do for me? How can I get it? At the conclusion I ask attendees to get back to you to let you know if they are a 1, 2, or 3 :
I want more information.
I want to order a Core, Advanced, or Premium Pack.
I want to order a Pack and introduce this to my contacts.
The next step would be to launch one of your guests who identifies as a #3 using this same system. This enables us to identify those who see the vision and want to run with this.
